PINT and UCSD Alumni in the News
Have you seen the latest issue of Triton, the University of California – San Diego alumni magazine? It showcases the work of two UCSD alumni. These entrepreneurs also worked at PINT, Inc. We’re proud to share their success.
UCSD Alumni (and PINT Alumni, Too!)
Meet Cory Ducker and Jeremy Weir.

Ducker and Weir started working at PINT in the early 2000’s upon graduating from UCSD. After gaining experience and inspiration at PINT, they set out on their own. They founded a sports-oriented SasS venture, FieldLevel. Over time, other PINT alumni joined the cause, including Matt Plotner.
FieldLevel has been described as “LinkedIn for sports recruiting.” Coaches use it to track high school athletes as they are recruited by colleges and universities. UCSD is just one of many schools to use FieldLevel to recruit college athletes.

PINT’s CEO Thomas Powell stays in touch with Ducker. He updates Thomas on the challenges and successes the FieldLevel team encounters. “It’s always great to hear how Cory and the crew apply both theoretical and practical experience and make their business work,” says Powell. “I have no doubt their efforts and staying power will continue to pay off.”
